Q1: Can I get a single GCB‑E240 with more than 250 kWh?
A: Yes, GREATSUNPV supports custom capacity up to approximately 300 kWh per cabinet by adjusting the number of modules and cell configuration. If you need even larger capacity, we recommend paralleling two or more cabinets for MWh‑scale systems. Provide your required energy and power, and we will design a bespoke solution.

Q2: What OEM services do you provide for the GCB‑E240?
A: We offer complete OEM/ODM services, including:

• Custom RAL color for the cabinet

• Your brand logo on the front door, nameplate, and packaging

• Optional modification of communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, etc.)

Q3: Does the weight (2500 kg without PCS) require a special foundation?
A: The cabinet should be placed on a level, hardened concrete floor (minimum C25, 150 mm thick). For rooftop installations, please verify the load‑bearing capacity (recommended ≥5 kN/m²). We can provide anti‑vibration pads and anchor bolts.

Q4: How loud is the cabinet? Will it disturb an office environment?
A: The maximum noise level is 75 dB at 1 meter. When installed outdoors or in a dedicated utility room, the noise at 5 meters drops below 55 dB – similar to normal conversation. A “silent mode” (reduced fan speed) can be enabled during nighttime hours.

Q5: Can the GCB‑E240 operate off‑grid as a backup power source?
A: Yes. With an optional off‑grid switching module, the system can automatically disconnect from the grid and supply critical loads within milliseconds after a blackout. Please specify “off‑grid capability” when ordering so we can include the necessary hardware and logic.
